We are looking for an AWS/Amazon Connect Developer to help us build and optimize cutting-edge cloud solutions for the Federal space. As a key member of our Federal team, you will play a crucial role in developing next-generation contact centers leveraging Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS development, cloud architecture, and automation in the Federal space
  • Expertise in AWS services, including some of the following: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudTrail, IAM, Amazon Q, Bedrock, and CloudWatch
  • Deep knowledge of serverless computing, event-driven architectures, and microservices
  • Experience building AI-driven chatbots with Amazon Lex and designing contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
