The Learning Product Manager is responsible for guiding the development, success, and lifecycle management of assigned learning products. The role ensures that products align with PMI’s strategy, meet customer needs, and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the learning, publishing, or education technology sectors
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Familiarity with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and design thinking
- Technical aptitude to effectively collaborate with development teams
- Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
- Strong relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal leaders and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with a variety of learning formats and modalities, including digital and print products, live training, and micro-learning
