HST Pathways is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth, manage a large pipeline, and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. The role involves fearlessly engaging prospects, creating new demo opportunities, and collaborating with peers and leaders to refine messaging and continuously improve.
Requirements
- Prior clinical healthcare experience or prior SDR or inside sales experience
- Confident and resilient on the phones (50+ calls per day)
- Proven ability to manage time and pipeline effectively using Salesforce and LinkedIn
- Comfortable leveraging modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Slack, Teams, etc.)
- Strong communication and organization skills with high attention to detail
