Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in design or copywriting
  • Proven track record of ideas-first thinking and hands-on execution
  • Native Indonesian speaker with business-level English and excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia
  • Deep experience in social media, particularly TikTok
  • Led or contributed to fame-building, culturally resonant campaigns
  • Managed or mentored creatives before
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and pace
  • Sharp eye for what’s culturally relevant in Indonesia right now
