Requirements
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in design or copywriting
- Proven track record of ideas-first thinking and hands-on execution
- Native Indonesian speaker with business-level English and excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep experience in social media, particularly TikTok
- Led or contributed to fame-building, culturally resonant campaigns
- Managed or mentored creatives before
- Comfortable with ambiguity and pace
- Sharp eye for what’s culturally relevant in Indonesia right now
