Position: Director of Operations Strategy

Responsibilities:

Manage the fund's daily processes and lead strategic initiatives.
Own the operational rhythm of the team (planning, prioritization, follow-ups).
Build and improve processes and systems (documentation, KPIs, workflow).
Coordinate external contractors (legal, finance, tools).
Support portfolio projects (onboarding, reporting, operational templates).
Drive special projects (market mapping, ecosystem initiatives, events/community).

Experience:

3-5 years of general experience in ops/strategy/project management (startup, VC, consulting, fintech or product company), with responsibility for building processes, running several projects in parallel and owning end-to-end results.
At least 3 years in crypto/Web3 (protocol/DeFi, exchange, infra, crypto VC, or an operational role in a Web3 startup) with an understanding of the market, players and mechanics (tokenomics/DeFi/infra at the job level, not just “interested”).
Preferably: experience in fund ops / investor ops / portfolio ops, contractor management (legal, accounting), working with CRM/spreadsheets and regular reporting.
