The Health Data Consultant conducts analysis on assigned client accounts and internal initiatives related to account performance, growth, retention and trends. Responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, developing custom evaluations of accounts integrating data from many sources, ensuring understanding and correct application of analysis and delivering presentations used to guide high-value decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years related work experience in Healthcare/Health insurance environment
- Experience with analytics and inferential statistics
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage tasks independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to design and deliver presentations that demonstrate the value of products and solutions
- Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
