This position is responsible for the design and ongoing administration of key Geisinger Health System talent initiatives such as employee engagement, executive coaching, change management, team dynamics, succession, retention and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience
- Certifications: preferred but not required, PROSCI, PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent professional qualification
