Location: Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid)
Our client is looking for a strong engineering leader to take ownership of development of the fintech product across multiple teams and drive predictable, scalable delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience managing backend, frontend & QA teams in a product company
- Strong hands-on technical background
- B2B SaaS / fintech / complex integrations experience
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery, planning & engineering efficiency
- Passion for building reliable processes and mentoring Team Leads
- English B2+ / Russian B1+
You’ll be responsible for engineering execution, roadmap delivery, capacity planning, technical quality, and continuous team improvement.
