We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to spearhead the development within our Core Services squad, responsible for managing employee balances, debt management, ledger management, billing, repayments, and repayment reconciliation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years in a formal or informal leadership role
- Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Python
- Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL)
- Strong experience with Kafka
- Proven experience at building reliable and scalable user-facing applications
- Advanced knowledge of AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS) and container orchestration using Docker/Kubernetes
