FIN.by is IT outsourcing company that provides unique solutions in data analytics using Power BI and DWH, web-application development using Java, .NET, Python, JS, Salesforce, develops AI-Powered bots on the WorkFusion, Temporal and N8N platforms to perform various operations, e.g.: processing large data sets, interactions between digital systems etc. The company is an HTP resident with head office in Minsk.

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer with 2-4 years of experience to enhance our core expertise for projects in the Middle East Region.

As a Salesforce Developer you will design, develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) system. You will help our company’s products and services maintain the highest quality standards and comply with best practices. Every day you will take a deep dive into the platform's architecture, capabilities and limitations, allowing you to create tailored applications and features that meet our customers' unique needs and objectives. In addition to technical skills, our Salesforce developers are adept problem-solvers and critical thinkers, capable of analyzing complex business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your primary responsibilities as a Salesforce developer will include:

  • Salesforce configuration and automation of processes with;
  • Salesforce flow and process builder;
  • Salesforce platform development and deployment;
  • Coding and development according to current industry standards and best practices;
  • Sustaining and expanding on the relationship with various clients;
  • Management and development of custom solutions for internal use and for client’s projects;
  • Improvement of existing functionalities to enhance the experience and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements;
  • Close collaboration with QA team with identification of possible bugs encountered.

To be successful in a Salesforce developer role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer (2+ years), including a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and Experience Cloud and their limitations;
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, LWC and other Salesforce development tools;
  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS (nice to have experience with JavaScript);
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Salesforce dev's certificates are a big plus!
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
