Overview

We are looking for a Lead iOS Engineer to shape and deliver production-grade iOS apps in Swift with strong quality and performance. You will partner with product, support, developers, and devops to design solutions, write design documents, and integrate with backends, vendors, and MDM. Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-ready iOS mobile software
  • Collaborate with support, product management, developers, and devops across the delivery lifecycle
  • Create detailed design documents that drive implementation decisions
  • Integrate mobile devices with disparate back ends and vendors via services and/or data feeds
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues related to backend and vendor integrations
  • Implement Unit Testing and Test Automation to maintain code quality
  • Apply object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and multi-threading techniques
  • Contribute to SDLC process setup using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Support adoption and effective use of mobile device management (MDM) solutions

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of production mobile software development experience
  • High proficiency in Swift and hands-on iOS development experience
  • Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and multi-threading
  • Solid background in Unit Testing and Test Automation practices
  • Proven ability to write clear design documents for implementation guidance
  • Hands-on familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall-based) and process setup
  • Demonstrated experience integrating mobile devices with disparate back ends and vendors using services and/or data feeds, including debugging related issues
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ / Upper-Intermediate)
