The Specialist Account Manager will manage and grow strategic accounts across Victoria west, building trusted relationships with hospital and specialist clinical teams, and working closely with Commercial, Medical and Access colleagues to deliver tailored account plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospital account management, key account management or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience collaborating with medical affairs, access and procurement teams.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical account actions.
  • Clear and confident communication skills for clinical and commercial audiences.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver account plans and manage territory activities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital engagement tools
  • Ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s licence.
