As anAssociate Digital Solutions Designer, you will designand developmodern applications across multiple frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutionsandrapidly prototype new tools.You will also present concepts, prototypes, and technical solutions to diverse audiences, clearly communicating value, functionality, and impact.

Responsibilities:

Utilize time management skills to deliver successful software product designsand prototypeswithin timelines outlined.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and peers toidentifybusiness challenges and present proposed design solutions via high-fidelity wireframes.

Leverage software development lifecycle best practices to design and develop web and mobile solutions, while rapidly prototyping anditerating oninnovative digital tools to solve complex business and operational challenges.

Advocate for user experience best practices andkeep up to date with industry trends in UX and UI design.

Present concepts, prototypes, and technical solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership, clearly articulating business value, technical approach, and expected impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

Proven ability to deliveraccuratework products in a cross-functional matrix environment, managing multiple competing priorities.

Experience applying design thinking methodologies to solve complex business problems.

Strong ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured concepts, prototypes, and user-centered solutions

Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (e.g., Figmaor similar tool)

Experience collaborating with developers to translate designs into functional applications

Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on digital solutions

Strong visual communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Understanding of user research methods and usability testing principles

Familiarity with modern web/mobile development frameworks and system architecture concepts

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,innovation-driven environment with evolving priorities

This position offers a fully remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from home.

Travel requirements for this role are rare, but occasional domestic or international travel may be necessary.
