About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kajabi Website Builder to help us build and maintain high-converting landing pages, sales pages, and website assets using Kajabi.

The design direction, images, branding, and page layouts will be provided in Canva. Your role is to bring these designs to life inside Kajabi (or alternative builders when needed), ensure mobile responsiveness, and connect all buttons, forms, and funnels correctly.

This is an ideal role for someone who understands both page building + marketing funnels + basic technical integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Page Building

  • Build landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages, and website pages inside Kajabi
  • Recreate layouts from Canva designs accurately
  • Optimize pages for desktop and mobile responsiveness
  • Maintain brand consistency across pages

Funnel & Conversion Setup

  • Connect CTA buttons to offers, products, forms, or booking pages
  • Build pipelines/funnels inside Kajabi
  • Configure forms, lead magnets, and email automations
  • Test user flow from click to conversion

Technical Support

  • Perform light HTML/CSS customizations when needed
  • Embed videos, calendars, forms, and external widgets
  • Assist with integrations such as Zapier or native app connections
  • Troubleshoot broken links, formatting, and page issues

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing/design team
  • Implement revisions quickly
  • Provide recommendations to improve speed, UX, and conversions

Requirements

  • Proven experience building websites/pages in Kajabi
  • Experience translating designs into live pages
  • Strong eye for layout, spacing, and mobile optimization
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation pages
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Organized, responsive, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Based in the Philippines
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience with Lovable or other AI site builders
  • Experience with course creators, coaches, or info-product businesses
  • Familiarity with SEO basics
  • Familiarity with general admin tasks
  • Graphic editing skills
