Director of Operations Strategy

Director of Operations Strategy в Divergence VC.

Responsibilities:

• Operational leadership to manage the fund's daily processes and lead strategic initiatives.
• Manage the operational rhythm of the team (planning, prioritization, follow-ups).
• Build and improve processes and systems (documentation, KPIs, workflow).
• Coordinate external contractors (legal, finance, tools).
• Support portfolio projects (onboarding, reporting, operational templates).
• Lead special projects (market mapping, ecosystem initiatives, events/community).

Experience:

• 3-5 years of general experience in ops/strategy/project management (startup, VC, consulting, fintech or product company), with process building, running several projects in parallel and end-to-end ownership.
• At least 3 years in crypto/Web3 (protocol/DeFi, exchange, infra, crypto VC, or an operational role in a Web3 startup) with an understanding of the market, players and mechanics (tokenomics/DeFi/infra at the job level).
• Preferred: experience in fund ops / investor ops / portfolio ops, contractor management (legal, accounting), working with CRM/spreadsheets and regular reporting.
