Job Overview
This position is responsible for independently managing Meta Ads campaigns as the top priority, supporting Google Ads initiatives, and creating, updating, and optimizing WordPress landing pages tied to paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, disciplined, proactive, and comfortable executing against a clear strategy while communicating progress in an async environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns as a secondary priority
- Create, update, and optimize WordPress landing pages aligned with paid campaigns
- Design and maintain high‑converting landing page experiences
- Ensure alignment between ads, messaging, and landing page user experience
- Manage campaign performance, testing, and optimization cycles
- Collaborate closely with internal team members on campaign strategy and execution
- Track tasks and progress using tools such as Slack and Asana
- Maintain clear documentation and communication on campaign status and timelines
- Manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Provide input on growth opportunities, new campaigns, and expansion initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Proven experience working with Google Ads
- Strong experience managing WordPress websites and landing pages
- Experience designing or contributing to landing page layouts and user flows
- Ability to show past campaign examples (lead‑based or product‑based)
- Experience managing different campaign sizes and ad spend levels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured plans
- Excellent written communication skills and comfort with async collaboration
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables ** Nice to Have**
- Design experience using tools like Figma or Canva
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
- Experience in growth marketing or scaling paid media efforts
- Previous work in fast‑paced digital marketing environments
