Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in travel (hotel, operator, reception, OTA) or in B2B consultative sales and account management.
- Complete higher education in Administration, Tourism, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Consultative posture. Listen before selling, understand before recommending. Gain trust through substance, not sympathy.
- Comfortable with data. Excel in the bone, fluent reading of dashboards, curiosity to understand the why behind the numbers.
- Clear and active listening, with the ability to conduct a commercial conversation from scratch.
- Owner profile. Take initiative, close loops, don't wait for instruction.
- Experience with CRM and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Availability for frequent travel in your region.
- Native Portuguese; intermediate English; Spanish is a plus.
- Passion for travel and online hospitality business.
