The Client is seeking a skilledBusiness Analyst (BA)to join the Property Assessment Services Branch. The successful candidate will play a critical role in theCAMA Renewal and Valuation Enhancements Solution (CRAVES) Deployment Project.This multi-year initiative aims to replace over 20 legacy standalone tools with a modern, cloud-basedSoftware as a Service (SaaS)solution to modernize property assessment, valuation, and program management across the province.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of Business Analyst experience in multi-year technical projects.
  • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, RTM management, and developing product backlogs/user stories (at least 3 projects in the last 10 years).
  • At least one (1) year of experience within the last two years as a BA for a Property Assessment Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) project.
  • Proven ability to produce visual diagrams and business process documents (6 years of experience).
Preferred Skills (Scored Criteria)
  • Experience with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) analysis in large enterprise-level environments (6+ years).
  • Experience documenting process flows for integration deployments (4+ years).
  • Experience with at least one Cloud SaaS implementation involving significant business transformation.
  • Current professional certification (e.g., IIBA-CBAP or PMI-PBA).
