Requirements

  • Owning and driving strategic growth in Top-Accounts and region, identifying and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners.
  • Building trusted client relationships with senior decision-makers in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and R&D.
  • Leading the full commercial cycle - from prospecting to pitching, proposal design, and deal closure.
  • Translating client needs into tailored, impactful solutions that integrate Clariness’ suite of recruitment, retention, and real-world evidence offerings.
  • Delivering a consistent flow of high-quality proposals, leveraging internal resources and collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Acting as a thought leader in the industry, representing Clariness at key conferences and shaping our market positioning.
