Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to work closely with the Program Architect in leading the CRM technical architecture alongside our development and functional teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end technical solution design and architectural governance across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure and performant solutions that align Salesforce capabilities, data architecture, integrations and DevOps practices with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall Salesforce technical architecture, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, while collaborating closely with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Architects
- Design scalable solutions supporting fan engagement, ticket sales, partnerships and game-day operations
- Ensure architectural decisions align with Salesforce best practices and the long-term platform roadmap
- Design and govern integration architecture across Salesforce, Ticketmaster, KORE replacement and downstream data platforms
- Partner with data teams on Data Cloud ingestion, identity resolution and activation strategy
- Identify technical constraints, risks and debt early and shape mitigation strategies
- Support estimation inputs through architectural complexity and effort drivers
- Provide architectural oversight during build, integration and testing phases, including reviews of technical designs, LWCs, Apex patterns and integration approaches
- Define and govern CI/CD, branching strategy and deployment approach, aligning with Release Manager and DevOps to ensure predictable, low-risk deployments and validated environment promotion paths across SIT, UAT and Production
- Own technical aspects of security, compliance, scalability, performance and reliability, ensuring platform readiness for peak periods such as season launches and high-volume campaigns
- Partner with Solution and Business Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, Data, Marketing Cloud and Integration specialists, as well as Program Leadership and Client IT stakeholders
- Translate complex technical decisions into clear, executive-friendly explanations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Architect designing complex B2B/B2C solution architectures and managing development processes
- Expertise in Solution Architecture, API Integration and Security in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Knowledge of the Household model on Accounts and a large data volume perspective
- Background in integration architecture and downstream data platform connectivity
- Skills in CI/CD, branching strategies and deployment governance
- Capability to act as a consultant and recommend solutions for complex tasks
- Understanding of non-functional requirements covering compliance, scalability, performance and reliability
- English Level: B2+
