We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role requires deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with eCommerce platforms and external systems
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX and source-based development
- Experience with object-oriented programming, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints
- Experience with Agentforce and Data 360
- Familiarity with Salesforce Order Management
- Exposure to Einstein features or Salesforce AI capabilities
- Experience in large-scale, multi-org, or enterprise Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Certifications in Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
