Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Experience scaling processes and driving operational improvements across teams
  • Highly skilled in tools like Google Calendar, Guide, Ashby, Slack, and Notion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks while adapting to changing demands
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing challenges
  • Collaborative mindset and a willingness to enhance coordination processes
