We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager / Product Owner to join a fast-growing crypto-financial platform built on Solana. This is an execution-focused role — ideal for someone who thrives on delivery, works closely with engineers, and turns product vision into shipped features.

✔️ About the Role:
You will own the product backlog and drive delivery end-to-end, working directly with the development team in fast 2-week sprints. The platform is a non-custodial crypto-financial product combining Visa cards, personal bank accounts, automated yield on crypto assets, and credit functionality, all without giving up custody. The product is already showing strong traction with $3M+ in card transactions and 50% MoM growth.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in Linear
• Write clear product specs and user stories for the dev team
• Manage the full release cycle (2-week sprints)
• Accept features from QA before production release
• Collaborate with Growth Lead on activation and retention experiments
• Own and improve key product metrics in Amplitude

✔️ Key Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in product management (fintech or crypto)
• Experience launching consumer mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Understanding of DeFi concepts: wallets, yield, liquidation
• Data-driven mindset (Amplitude, basic SQL)
• Ability to work in small, fast-paced teams with minimal bureaucracy
• Strong Russian and English communication skills
• Stack: Linear, Amplitude, Figma, AppsFlyer, Miro
