Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, bridging the gap between business and IT to drive effective solutions. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to gather, document and manage requirements, ensuring successful implementation across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements including BRDs and FRDs
  • Manage workflows and align requirements with project deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and actionable solutions
  • Bridge business and IT teams, ensuring consistency across processes
  • Leverage AI exposure to enhance BA/PO activities

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in business analysis, requirement gathering and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of API integration, SQL and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with creating BRDs, FRDs and managing workflows
  • Expertise in BPM, functional and non-functional requirements and requirements management
  • Understanding of technical requirements and solutioning across multiple domains
  • Exposure to AI methodologies and tools utilized in BA/PO activities
