At Bluehost, we are seeking a Senior SEO & Media Data Analyst to lead advanced analysis across Organic Search, Paid Media, and Direct-to-Site channels. This role requires strong analytical judgment, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to influence decisions through data storytelling.

Requirements

  • Own end-to-end analytics and reporting for Organic Search, Paid Media, and Direct-to-Site performance.
  • Design, build, automate, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance insights with clear business implications and recommendations.
  • Analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion behavior to identify drivers of acquisition efficiency and demand.
  • Partner with SEO and Media teams to evaluate landing page performance, content effectiveness, and conversion optimization opportunities.
  • Identify leading indicators of demand acceleration or softness to support proactive marketing decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, tracking consistency, and metric alignment across SEO, Media, and Web analytics implementations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Media, Web, Product, Brand, and CRM teams to translate analytics into decision-ready insights.
