Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally as a HR Manager or “HR department of one” supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Strategic & Hands-On: Comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level—you can advise and execute
- Business Partnership Mindset: Ability to build credibility with leadership and influence decisions
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple clients with diverse needs
