Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in-house or hybrid (agency plus in-house) recruitment experience
  • Breadth across hiring types: Cloud Architect, Sales Account Director, HR Business Partner
  • Proactive sourcing approach
  • Experience running structured interview processes and coaching hiring managers
  • Familiarity with a modern ATS (SmartRecruiters experience is a bonus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
