Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in-house or hybrid (agency plus in-house) recruitment experience
- Breadth across hiring types: Cloud Architect, Sales Account Director, HR Business Partner
- Proactive sourcing approach
- Experience running structured interview processes and coaching hiring managers
- Familiarity with a modern ATS (SmartRecruiters experience is a bonus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
