The role involves technical support, onboarding, identity and access management, and office infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate has experience in IT support, hands-on experience with IDP, MDM, and ticketing tools, and solid troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration.
- Tooling: Hands-on experience with at least one IDP (Okta, Google Auth), one MDM, and one ticketing tool.
- OS Fundamentals: Solid troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Windows.
- Languages: Professional English (B2+) and fluent/native Spanish.
- Culture: Comfortable in a high-growth startup environment; proactive attitude with a focus on autonomous problem-solving.
