Overview

We are seeking a Principal .NET Software Engineer for a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on end-to-end application development. You will work with .NET, ReactJS, Azure, MS SQL, and AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for a technologist who thrives on building robust, scalable solutions and is passionate about leveraging AI and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex applications, ensuring technical excellence at every stage. This is not a management, consulting, or general architect position — your focus will be on execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end application development using .NET and ReactJS
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions on Azure
  • Utilize MS SQL Server for robust data management
  • Integrate AI tools like GitHub Copilot into development workflows
  • Apply modern architecture patterns to new and existing projects
  • Take strong technical ownership of deliverables
  • Solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensure code quality and best practices across the team
  • Mentor and support peers in technical growth
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in .NET application development
  • Background in ReactJS and front-end technologies
  • Proficiency in Azure cloud services, experience with Azure Functions
  • Skills in MS SQL Server database management
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot
  • Understanding of modern architecture patterns
  • Qualifications in designing solution architecture
  • Strong technical ownership and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results
  • English: B2+
