About the Role

Join GP Strategies’ Revenue Operations (RevOps) Software Development team and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market technology landscape.

As a Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Developer, you’ll design, build, and optimize solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform ecosystem. This role blends functional expertise with hands-on development, giving you the opportunity to deliver high-impact solutions that directly support business growth.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and continuously enhance our CRM capabilities.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales applications (UCI, security roles, data models)
  • Build integrations with Microsoft tools and third-party applications
  • Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps
  • Create clear technical documentation and user guides
  • Present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ensure best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement in development

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong skills in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience with Power Pages (Portals)
  • Solid understanding of business processes and automation
  • Strong communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
  • Experience with ALM, version control, and change management tools

Preferred:

  • JavaScript for client-side customization
  • Power BI for reporting and analytics
  • SharePoint integration or development experience
  • Background in business analysis or project management
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MB-210)
