PPD is seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment and Engagement Lead (PREL) to join the Site Recruitment Optimization team. The successful candidate will have functional Lead experience within a team setting and customer management skills, including presentation experience. The role will involve developing and owning the study recruitment and retention plan, implementing patient recruitment and retention strategies globally, and working closely with the Central Recruitment campaign team to identify strategic solutions for specific patient populations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • Previous patient recruitment management experience (comparable to 5+ years)
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical approach, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
