FloSports is a digital platform for underserved sports, combining live and on-demand streaming, original programming, data, and technology to help sports grow their audiences and build sustainable businesses. As the Director of Product Marketing - GTM, you will own the overarching go-to-market (GTM) framework and drive initiatives for scale and automation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field within sports, streaming, or subscription-based businesses
  • Demonstrated expertise in GTM strategy, with a proven track record of defining and executing successful go-to-market plans
  • Deep experience developing and applying messaging and positioning frameworks, including value propositions, customer segmentation, and narrative construction
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator, capable of aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience defining and tracking KPIs across product and marketing funnels, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive growth
