We are looking for a team leader for our Mid-Market Sales team on a full-time basis with 100% remote work/home office to develop the team and individual account managers further, achieve sales and revenue targets, and develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire, win, and retain customers.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the mid-market or service sector
- Experience in leading teams and understanding how to coach and motivate colleagues
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with sales figures
- Valid driver's license and high level of travel readiness
- Proficiency in both German and English in writing and orally
