We're looking for a PL/SQL Software Engineer to help develop new features and modernize existing capabilities across a large-scale HRIS SaaS platform. You'll be working with complex business rules, distributed teams, and a robust Oracle database architecture.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain new features across HRIS modules (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, CoreHR)
  • Modernize existing features in a multi-tenant cloud SaaS environment
  • Write high-performance Oracle PL/SQL code, following best practices for maintainability and scalability
  • Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data operations for large datasets and high transaction volumes
  • Take ownership of validating your work through shift-left testing—including unit, integration, and regression tests
  • Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) to speed up development, refactoring, and documentation
  • Collaborate with a distributed, agile engineering team across multiple time zones
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
