At Outsource Access, we help Nurse Partners, a premier healthcare agency, ensure patients in Greater Philadelphia receive essential care. We don't just "fill seats"—we execute high-precision medical staffing, matching qualified RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to specific care assignments where there is zero room for error.

How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Recruiting with Clinical Precision:You won't just screen resumes; you will conduct structured pre-screening interviews specifically for nursing professionals (RN, LPN, CNA), ensuring credentials match the clinical needs of our facilities.

  • Mastering the Schedule Puzzle:You are responsible for protecting operational integrity by managing complex shift calendars with 100% accuracy—verifying role, start/end times, and location before a nurse ever steps foot on site.

  • Speaking the Language of Care:You will act as a "native" in the industry, building rapport with nursing staff by understanding their credentials, availabilities, and the nuances of the local healthcare landscape.

  • Driving Operational Migration:You will support the critical transition from legacy systems (Generations) to Teambridge, ensuring facility profiles and caregiver startup files are compliant, organized, and ready for deployment.


Requirements

Is This You?
  • The Healthcare Staffing Veteran:You have a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in a Nurse Staffing Agency or Healthcare setting.Please Note: General corporate recruitment experience is not sufficient for this role; you must understand the urgency of medical staffing.

  • The Geographic Expert:You can rapidly master the geography of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties to manage travel logistics for staff.

  • Credential Conscious:You understand the importance of compliance and can review credentials for accuracy before sending them to facilities—you operate with a "zero-mistake" mindset.

  • Tech-Savvy:You are proficient in scheduling software (Generations, ClickUp, or Teambridge) and are comfortable managing high-volume data without missing a beat.

  • Your Home Office:You have a professional setup ready for the 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT shift and are available for the required two weekend days per month.
