Allica Bank seeks a New Business Relationship Manager - Squad Lead to build and manage a portfolio of SME customers, originate lending opportunities, and provide leadership to a team of Relationship Managers. The role involves building trusted relationships with customers, onboarding and managing a portfolio of SME customers, originating lending opportunities, and delivering commercial performance. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in business development in financial services, experience in leading teams to high performance, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Highly capable Business Developer and Relationship Manager with a long-term track record of building high-value, trust based and long-lasting referral relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SME banking, including commercial lending.
  • Experienced people manager with the ability to lead, motivate and manage a remote team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in providing excellent customer service, generating new income opportunities, and managing credit risk.
  • Ability to analyse and review financial accounts and associated information.
  • Strong career progression and/or outperformance.
