DeepL is a global AI product and research company focused on building secure, intelligent solutions to complex business problems. We are looking for an SDR Manager, EMEA Outbound to lead and develop a team of seven outbound Sales Development Representatives across the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in an SDR or Sales Development Management role, with a strong track record of leading outbound teams to consistent pipeline targets.
  • A genuine passion for coaching and developing people — you are energised by seeing your team grow, not just by hitting numbers yourself.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales development: sequencing, personalisation, prospecting strategy, and qualification frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to native-level English standard — you will engage with senior internal stakeholders and represent the SDR function credibly at all levels.
  • Proven ability to use data and performance metrics to drive coaching decisions and improve team output.
  • Experience working in an international, fast-paced SaaS or technology business.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft (or equivalent sales engagement platforms).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you are comfortable working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
