9amHealth is a digital health company redefining cardiometabolic care. We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own our member app, the daily touchpoint for people managing diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, or weight.
Requirements
- Own the member app end to end: flows, surfaces, interaction patterns, visual system.
- Move from idea to working prototype in hours rather than sprints, using whatever tooling gets you there.
- Stay close to our members, run research to understand what's working, where they're dropping off, and what moments in their journey matter most to get right.
- Build and maintain the design system your teammates rely on, and that our AI tooling can consume reliably.
- Partner closely with the clinicians, coaches, and care coordinators who use our EMR, so your consumer-side decisions improve their workload rather than adding to it.
- Make the hard tradeoffs where member clarity, clinician workload, and business economics pull in different directions, and write the reasoning down so the team can hold you to it later.
