About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, managing the sales pipeline, and optimizing team performance for wellness and regenerative medicine programs.

The Sales Manager will oversee inbound and outbound sales efforts, develop scalable sales strategies, coach team members, and ensure consistent achievement of consultation bookings and revenue targets.

This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving processes, and helping clients access life-changing health solutions.

This is a performance-driven leadership role, with clear accountability for sales targets, conversion metrics, and team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue and booking goals.
  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and ensure consistent follow-up across all leads.
  • Coach, mentor, and train sales representatives to improve close rates and communication skills.
  • Analyze KPIs such as lead conversion, appointment show rates, close rates, and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality, campaign ROI, and conversion strategies.
  • Build and optimize sales scripts, workflows, and CRM processes.
  • Handle high-value prospects and escalations when needed.
  • Forecast monthly sales performance and report results to leadership.
  • Ensure prospects receive an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or high-ticket closing.
  • 1+ year of experience leading or managing a sales team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through.
