We are looking for a Software Architect to join our team at CI&T. Your mission will be to design, evolve, and make technological solutions scalable and medium- to large-scale, combining architectural vision with practical action.
Requirements
- Solid experience in software architecture and development, with practical hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of at least one modern backend programming language (Node.js, Python, Java,.NET, or similar).
- Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to software development (code generation, testing, documentation, analysis, etc).
- Experience with AI agents and platforms for accelerated development or assisted engineering.
- Experience in designing and evolving distributed architectures.
- Knowledge of APIs (REST), contracts, and versioning.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and its main services.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation.
- Experience with testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
- Knowledge of modern architectural concepts (microservices, events, decoupling, etc).
- Advanced English for written and verbal communication.
- Good communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions.
- Differential experience with agent orchestration and use of frameworks/platforms for multi-agents.
- Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development, Contract-First, or similar approaches.
- Experience with modernizing legacy systems and migration strategies.
- DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, automation).
- Experience with observability, security, and performance.
- Ability to act in multiple contexts and projects simultaneously.
