Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to create scalable applications with .NET, Microsoft Azure and ReactJS end-to-end. This role involves leading delivery efforts, shaping solution architectures and utilizing AI tools like GitHub Copilot for efficient, high-quality development—apply today.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire application delivery lifecycle from concept and build through deployment
  • Define scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging .NET, Microsoft Azure and ReactJS
  • Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development workflows and boost productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business goals
  • Write clean, maintainable, optimized code and conduct in-depth code reviews
  • Address issues by troubleshooting, debugging and implementing optimizations to deliver high-quality applications

Requirements

  • Background of 8+ years in full-stack development using .NET and ReactJS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SQL Server; familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools
  • Solid understanding of microservices, serverless or event-driven architecture patterns
  • Competency with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
  • Expertise in problem-solving, attention to technical detail and a consistent drive for technical excellence
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
  • Clear communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
