Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination by tracking milestones, deliverables, and progress updates.
  • Assist with documentation, reports, and internal communications.
  • Help organize meetings, capture action items, and follow up on key tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other teams to streamline operations.
  • Provide support for team activities and onboarding of new members.

    • Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in technology or the gaming industry — no coding required!
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools (Jira,Confluence).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
