Requirements
- Lead and evolve frontend architecture and standards for our Angular and React applications
- Define, document, and enforce frontend architectural principles company-wide
- Develop and maintain a shared design system and frontend platform strategy for consistent user experiences
- Mentor and guide engineers and frontend leads across teams
- Represent frontend architecture and UI strategy in cross-organizational technical forums and architecture reviews
- Drive adoption and contribution to shared UI libraries, components, and standards
- Integrate AI-assisted UX patterns
- Establish guardrails for responsible AI usage in frontend experiences
- Define patterns supporting human-in-the-loop UX
- Promote AI-assisted frontend development practices
