Ramp is looking for a Senior Web Designer to elevate its web experience end to end. The ideal candidate will have experience in web design, LLMs, and Figma or Paper. They will be responsible for shaping Ramp's web presence, building a scalable design system, and collaborating with engineering and growth teams.
Requirements
- Active use of LLMs (Claude, Cursor, etc.) and Figma or Paper
- 7+ years of web design experience with at least one full site overhaul or design system build as an IC
- A portfolio that shows range: web systems, brand, landing pages, interactive storytelling
- Deep typographic and layout sensibility
- Experience working directly with front-end engineers
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing craft
- Deep understanding of brand systems and brand identities
