Role

  1. Lead the agile product design process end to end as the owner of the user experience for a 3D based, technical visualization and reporting application (think NVIDIA Omniverse digital twinning).

  2. Define AI-native product experiences

    1. Designing copilots, assistants, and agent-driven workflows

    2. Embedding AI into discovery, recommendations, and automation flows

  3. Lead research & requirements gathering from distributed technical teams to turn current manual reports into rich, interactive 3D visualizations, dashboards, and SaaS based applications.

  4. Turn research and requirements into detailed information architecture, product features, and content planning

  5. Own and create the content & information design process, working alongside subject matter experts to ensure reporting and visualizations meet user needs

  6. Own and create the interaction design, wireframes/prototypes, and brand based visual design to create a modern responsive web application containing data visualization, complex reporting, and 3D environment that visualizes real world hardware setups

  7. Maintain impeccable documentation for each layer of the user experience that can used in presentations to executive and c-suite level stakeholders

  8. Run design workshops/sprints with cross-functional teams to facilitate creative ideation and uncover "hidden" requirements/expectations

  9. Be the face of design for the project, including presentations, meetings, and work sessions that could include audiences across executive/c-suite, partner company executives, and target user/audience stakeholders.

Experience Level

  • a senior product designer / ux/ui designer

  • have experience collecting input from distributed technical teams and turning them into requirements

  • 5+ years working on consumer or B2B SaaS based applications

  • 10+ years working designing web, mobile, or desktop applications

  • Comfortable working closely with development & AI workflows

  • Comfortable and capable to present work directly to executive level & c-suite stakeholders

  • Experience planning, scheduling, designing, and running cross-functional design sprint / design workshops with anywhere from to 5-50 attendees at a time

Bonus Experience (highly preferred)

  1. Experience working in highly technical IT industries like telecommunications, cloud or data center tools/platforms

  2. Designing products/apps/platforms that use 3D environments or visualizations

  3. Experience designing data-heavy applications, dashboards, monitoring, reporting systems, analytics platforms

  4. Experience using AI for design acceleration & co-creation

    • Prompt-driven UI generation (e.g., Figma AI, Galileo, Uizard)

    • AI-assisted wireframing and component generation
