As a Music Educator - AI Trainer, you will author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on music and musicology problems, produce original problem sets, and provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI training data quality and downstream performance.
Requirements
- DMA or PhD in Music or Musicology, or MM with 3+ years teaching, performance, or research experience, or BM or BA in Music with 5+ years teaching, performance, or composition experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: theory, history/musicology, performance practice, composition, ethnomusicology.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting scores, harmonic analyses, and spectrograms.
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
