Now we are looking for Project Manager.

What you will do:

  • Lead projects end-to-end, owning timelines, budget, scope, quality, and client satisfaction;
  • Plan team work, track progress, and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed;
  • Maintain clear and realistic timelines, spotting and communicating risks early;
  • Monitor project budgets and proactively address potential overruns;
  • Manage scope and changes, clearly outlining their impact on time, cost, and quality;
  • Identify and mitigate risks before they become issues;
  • Set up and adapt efficient workflows and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc.);
  • Coordinate the team and support smooth collaboration across roles;
  • Provide clear and regular status updates to the team, client, and stakeholders;
  • Support a healthy team environment and help prevent burnout;
  • Run retrospectives and continuously improve processes;
  • Escalate when there are risks to budget, timelines, or client agreements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in game art outsourcing, co-development, or similar creative outsourcing environments;
  • Experience managing teams of 20–30+ people;
  • English C1;
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, hybrid) and ability to select the right approach per project;
  • Experience with budget management, forecasting, and cost tracking at project level;
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (workflows, boards, statuses, task rules);
  • Strong risk management skills;
  • Experience running retrospectives and implementing process improvements;
  • Location outside sanctioned regions;
  • Ready to relocate in Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur (optional).
