We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Front Desk Receptionist to support our client's office operations in a fully remote setting.

This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage patient interactions, scheduling, and insurance verification efficiently. The ideal candidate has dental experience and is committed to delivering a seamless and positive patient experience virtually.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments while optimizing provider calendars
  • Manage inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism
  • Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Verify insurance eligibility and clearly communicate benefits to patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation
  • Provide patients with clear information regarding appointments, procedures, and policies
  • Ensure smooth and organized daily scheduling operations in a remote environment

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a U.S. Dental Office (front desk, patient coordinator, or similar role) is a MUST. Applications that do not meet this requirement will be automatically disqualified.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of $7 – $8 per hour depending on skillset and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
