Overview

We are seeking a Senior FullStack Developer with a product-oriented mindset to join our marketing technology team.

Your mission will be to develop key components that directly impact the company's marketing initiatives, working within a dynamic, high-visibility, and large-scale environment. This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Buenos Aires or Córdoba, and operates under a hybrid work model that requires physical presence at the office once per week for technical alignment and co-creation sessions. For logistical and team culture reasons, this requirement is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build new components end-to-end, covering both Front-end and Back-end, to support strategic initiatives
  • Implement adjustments and enhancements across the full stack to evolve existing products and features
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, vendors, and product teams to iterate on current solutions and deliver new ideas
  • Monitor service health proactively and optimize critical components to ensure high performance and uptime
  • Contribute to the modernization of microservices, driving architectural improvements and scalability
  • Uphold engineering excellence by applying best practices and ensuring code quality across the codebase

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of verifiable experience in software development with a FullStack focus
  • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript as the primary development language
  • Solid experience with Angular 14+ for building modern Front-end applications, including state management and the creation of reusable components
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js 16+ using frameworks such as Express or NestJS to develop Back-end services within a Microservices architecture
  • Technical experience with AWS services, specifically Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch, for building and monitoring cloud-based solutions
  • Experience with Unit Testing using tools such as Jest, Jasmine, or similar, combined with a strong commitment to Clean Code principles
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes to ensure reliable and automated software delivery
  • Experience consuming REST APIs for integration with internal and external services
  • Proficiency in database management with both SQL and NoSQL technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level or higher
