Position Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency
- Assist with data cleanup, validation, and standardization within recruiting systems and CRM platforms
- Assist in evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Interest in data analysis, operational improvement, and HR technology
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in AI applications and process automation is a plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Excel, data analysis, or dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
The intern will gain hands-on experience working with recruiting technology platforms, including Phenom CRM, while contributing to projects that enhance recruiting workflows, reporting, and decision-making.
